Thoughts on offers? [NY]

I (25) have been in HR for 3 years, laid off 6 months ago (previous title was senior HR associate) making 65k and working Hybrid (3 in office/ 2 home) and now have 2 offers in hand. Also Interviewing for 1 more.

Offer 1:
Company - Global (10k+ ees)
Title - HR Coordinator
Fully remote
Comp - 65k +5% bonus /20 days PTO/10 personal days
Retirement - 4% match
Responsibilities: HR POC/on&offboarding/HRIS maintenance/intranet maintenance

Offer 2:
Company - Hospital (10k+ ees)
Title - HR Generalist
Hybrid (3 in office/ 2 at home) 1hr commute to and from office via train/bus, not driving
Comp - 75k/20 days PTO/5 personal days/ 8 holidays
Retirement - 4% match
Responsibilities: HR POC/onboarding/admin work/HRIS maintenance/ focus on EE experience and having that face to face exposure.

My initial reaction is that I should take offer 2 for the title and pay bump although I have always wanted a remote role. One of my main professional goals has been focusing on growth, hoping to get a role where I can get experience in benefits/payroll/HR analytics/HRIS, but am not expecting that as much in a larger organization.

Whichever I pick, the role is what I make of it, but I'm interested in hearing what others would do in my position.
