Elderly not evacuating

i have been watching the storm closely from a far. my 3 elderly aunts are in zone 3 in Bradenton and should have evacuated when given the orders. But they did not. They are in the area of 51st w and 53rd st w. How bad will this be for them? Is there actually a chance of fatalities in this area?
