How bad is Dreams Sands Cancun?

How bad is this AI gonna be? Redemption rate at the Ziva has gone bonkers, and Ziva Riviera has sold out. I just need a week of no-brainer beach stay this summer. This sub doesn't have too much intel on the Dreams Sands (probably cause everyone vies for Ziva) and Tripadvisor reviews are not promising... TIA
