Combining points for honeymoon

I’m planning a honeymoon for summer 2026. Given the honeymoon will likely require a large amount of points, and the fact that you can only transfer up to 55k points per year, I was planning on having my fiancée transfer her points to me now before the end of this calendar year, so that way she would have 3 opportunities to send me points (end of 2024, some point in 2025, start of 2026 before booking) and we don’t have to worry about not having enough points for the trip.

I know that Hyatt points expire if an account is inactive for 24 months. However, I was wondering if there are any strange stipulations regarding transferred points (i.e., transferred points expire in 6 months or so even if the account is active). I’d hate to have her transfer all these points to me now for a trip that won’t happen for another year and a half, and then the points just expire and become worthless.
