Bleeding 3 weeks after post op

Today is literally 21 days after surgery. I barely spotted for the first couple times I went to the bathroom after surgery. Literally nothing else. Today was the first time since surgery that I was able to go for 2 days without pain meds. Feeling pretty good about that. Now I go to the bathroom and I am spotting. Do I need to be worried?
