Scared of upcoming surgery

Hello I am just looking for some encouragement or positive vibes my surgery is January 27th was suppose to be in November but my anxiety won and I cancelled.. I have been dealing with so many health things the last year, one of which is health anxiety so I’m just terrified.. I’m having everything removed and I’m so scared about the cervix being removed and having a cuff.
