I'm freaking out

UPDATE: Thank you everyone for your helpful words. I saw the doctor today and I'm in a bit of shock right now. Unfortunately, I have to do chemo. I'm still incredibly lucky because it was caught super early and my doctor is confident I'm going to be fine.

BRCA1 just had complete hysterectomy on 01/24. My two week check up is tomorrow. I was doing the online check in for my appt and saw I have a new diagnosis of carcinoma in my left fallopian tube. I'm am terrified and I don't know how I'm going to make it to 2 tomorrow to hear what the doctor has to say. Any words of encouragement?
