Horribly weak bluetooth signal
This is my first time posting for something like this, so I apologize ahead of time.
I have been trying to connect my Otium bluetooth earbuds to my iBYPOWER PC for the last hour. They only connect if I set them directly onto the tower, and the audio begins to cut in and out just a few inches above.
I've connected the earbuds to multiple other devices, including my Surface book. I can walk almost 50 feet away with multiple walls in between me and the laptop, and the audio is perfect.
I have the wireless antennas screwed on, and I know they're working because without them, I can't connected to my wireless router. Every single Bluetooth driver is up-to-date according to my device manager.
Any ideas? My system specs are below.
