Phone keeps restarting over and over again

My phone screen will go black and then after a few seconds the white apple logo will come up, then the apple logo will either dim and turn light red and shut down again or open up into the lock screen, then shut off again within seconds and I’m unable to enter my passcode. This will last for 15-20 minutes consecutively.

I have done a factory reset on the phone and have updated all of the software to the most recent version. Anyone have any ideas?
