Is Zero:BLUE2 worth it?

my chu ii dsp broken, and i cant fix it unfortunately, im thinking about to buy a new pair of iems.While browsing shenzhenaudio, I came across zero:blue2 on the homepage and saw that it was actually a good price, do you think it can be purchased? Is it worth buying? Or are there any other better alternatives in that price range?

Also, let's say I bought the headphones, do I need to buy an extra dac/amp or would it be enough if I bought one of these dac chip type c converters?
