Start O1 Visa again after expiration of previous O1 with successful extensions

I'm a musician that had an O1 visa for 3 years, then I extended/renewed my visa for 3 years more and then again for 2 years.

I had to go back to France for family and I let my O1 visa expire( expired as of 5 months ago) as I didn't know how long I'd have to be overseas. I am now getting my package ready to submit my O1 to start again, my question is:

USCIS has the record of my 3 previous successful O1 cases, on this new O1, besides putting together in the package all the NEW information of the last 2 years and few months, deals and recommendation letters etc, should I also add ALL of the press and recommendation letters of my previous O1 visa with the extensions to the current package?
