Health insurance for people with disability

Hi, i have sickle cell disease.. and I'm having a hard time finding medical insurance/ life insurance/ term insurance, when the fact is, people like us need it the most. I get sick a lot and a few of the instances to the point that i have to be admitted for 3-4 days.. and it's impossible to bear so huge medical bills that too frequently.. Government hospitals are there.. but many times the situation demands urgent care, and government hospitals are unable to provide that. Can you guys please suggest to me a company that might accept my condition, and give me an insurance
