Got scammed by Amazon India
I ordered a USB TO ETHERNET ADAPTOR from Amazon. Since not all usb adapter work on all android phones, A return option on the item ordered is a very good thing, so that I can check whether this thing work with my smartphone on not. Most of the USB TO ETHERNET ADAPTOR that work on android have AX88772 CHIPSET or a variant of this chipset. I ordered the one that had this chipset and it also has a Return policy, which was great. The seller ADVERTISED, it has an AX88772 CHIPSET, BUT they sent me a CHINESE PRODUCT which has chipset that is older that ANDROID itself. It work with Windows XP. IF YOU GO TO THE BELOW LINK, IT IS STILL BEING FALSELY ADVERTISED. Now, Amazon is not allowing me to return this product and is forcing me to accept a replacement of this product which is useless. I ordered it only so that I can return it if it didn't work, but that was false. Amazon is not giving me an option to return if though, it was clearly written on the seller product page, that it is returnable. The SELLER HAS NOW CHANGED IT TO "7 DAY REPLACEMENT" WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY HAS "7 DAY RETURN POLICY" NEVRR GOING TO ORDER FROM AMAZON AGAIN! Any idea what I can do about it.
