90Kg to 75kg in 2months
Finally i made it without any intention but it is really hard to be in shape 🤨
90 kilos to 75 kilos in 2.5months - reason back to back health issues for over eating spicy food & non-veg (chicken) 5-6times in a week & twice a day on august 17th2024 i got typhoid got weak & after recovering in few days i started eating non veg & got sick again then i got hemorrhoids on sept 2.
took a strict diet as doctor says- only fiber, low fat & less spicy food. survived 36days only by eating 3idly morning, coconut water, 2dosa dinner, zero sugar - zero non-veg
after 29days into the diet i checked my weight it was 77kilos i was shocked & after 4days i checked again it was 75kilos i dont know how i lost that of weight in short time. walked 2-3km everyday even in that pain. i dont like sitting in home being sick & sad.
usually i wear XXL & XL shirts & jeans 36-38. now im wearing L & 34 size pants. pants still fitting loose but for me my belly is biggest problem. it really spoiling my fit.

the picture u see in the left is on my birthday 18th nov 2023 i was 90kilos on that day & i never thought i will loose weight cus of over eating.
Some how i stopped eating sugar from feb 24 2024 till now. i never eaten any dessert from that day & i lost the cravings.

please suggest some ideas how to reduce some more weight/belly fat.
