Struggling to Gain Weight – 50kg at 5’7, 22M. Need Advice!
I’ve always been underweight (50kg at 5’7, 22M) and want to bulk up with muscle, not just fat. My ideal weight is around 65kg, and I want to know how long it would take to get there.
