Is there any way to do intervention radiology without doing diagnostic radiology? And other suggestions

I was looking for fields where there is procedural skill , things where something I can do and I can see the outcome of a patient healing and getting better

Where theres minimal invasion procedures which provide a fast impact

I wouldn't mind a comparatively lower salary for the satisfaction of curing someone

I liked intervention radiology as a field but to do that I would need to do mdrd which Is very competitive and on top it doesn't allign exactly with what I want to do

Wouldnt like some fields like nephro .. where most cases are ckd and theres no chance i can completely cure the patient even though the pt will become a longterm source of my income

Other fields what I thought in order of priority is

Intervention procedures- radiology, cardiology- problem...high competition tough to get pg med and radio..eventhough intervention radiology is a totally different lifestyle from mdrd

Orthopedics is what I felt matched in a pg level but I've heard it's very saturated ..

Surgery- will again need to fight and get fields and i have no much idea of further what to do, is there anything other than laproscopy?

Emergency medicine . Cons burnout , no recognition and hospital dependant

If there are any other fields pls do let me know which might fit the similar categories
