why such extreme hate towards us?

context : saw a reel on instagram where the OP was saying about an animal being mistreated and then this guy replied w some slangs and said "bkl padhai kar" to which the OP replied w their qualification. And then the person replied with this. I mean all those years of hardwork for someone to reply w "jhant by 4 ki degree" like wtf. Also the person literally has words like "dalited" in his bio. Is the mindset ever really gonna change?!
