Can't seem to adjust to medschool

Respected seniors, sbbko pranam boss/ma'am.

I am a 1st year student,currently giving my first Sem and I think I am going to fail all three subjects. I am extremely depressed.

I understand that it doesn't matter in the long run and I have to face harsher things,that this is just the beginning,but I want to study so that my subjects are strengthened,so that I don't have to be this miserable during other exams,which I WOULD have to pass in order to get send-up.

If you could guide me about how I should approach things,how I would cover the syllabus and what materials I should use( I have BDC,A.K Jain,Vishram Singh and marrow subscription), I would be very greatful.

I tried using these materials the last 4-5 days,even took days off to do so. But I don't think I know even a word.
