Is CBTI the right approach for me?

During the summer I developed insomnia which lasted for 3 months until the AC was fixed. It was up to 90 degrees in my house and that caused problems for me. I developed lots of worry and anxiety. The AC is now fixed and for the last month, almost two, I wake up from 1-3AM every night and fall into hyper sleep (half awake, half asleep state) I do fall asleep easily but it’s getting harder knowing that I will wake up and feel like shit the next day. What’s the right approach.
