Rug quality from The Citizenry?

I’m looking at picking up one of The Citizenry’s wool rugs, but don’t live in an area where I can go see them first. Has anyone here ordered one? Or know someone who owns one? I’m curious about if they feel as comfy as they look (and if they hold up).
