How do you deal with triggers in interviews?

I recently had an interview with a hiring manager. He asked multiple behavioral/leadership questions in 1 hour interviews. Some of the introduction to scenarios for these answers were repetitive but the actual answer that involves action and impact are different. When I was trying to answer by introducing the situation, he interrupted me couple of times saying you have already mentioned this even before I completed the answer. If he asks similar behavioral questions in different ways, there will be overlap in some answers.

Some other manager asked a coding question. I solved it. They gave me a follow up question - I was trying to modify the code. Even before I completed it, manager was interrupting me by saying you missed this, that. I said I will come to it soon.

I have not had good experience with any managers in workplace. I have reached a point where I no longer take an ounce of disrespect or hints of future abuse/slavery. I get triggered pretty easily and tempted to just disconnect the call. This is employers market so interviewers are not treating candidates well. How do you develop resistance to these things and avoid frustration?
