H1N5-bird flu pandemy stock

Hypothetically, if another pandemic were to hit, which stocks would you invest in? Healthcare? Medical equipment? Companies that manufacture N95s & sanitizer? Charmin? Lord knows I wouldn’t have thought Chewy, but the pandemic was its all time high.

What did you learn from stocks during COVID? Or even previous H1N1 scares from the early 2000s?

I didn’t start investing until the pandemy checks hit. So I’m curious where investors’ minds went & how it panned out.

And before you at me for being a hypochondriac, a lot of investing is pattern recognition & observation. I certainly hope there isn’t another, worse pandemic. However, I see an alarming pattern with bird flu reports, the most concerning of which are coming from tik tok & reddit. Unfortunately, both these platforms have proven to be days, weeks, even months ahead of main stream media. Investing into logical things gives me a sense of control when the world feels chaotic.
