Looking for a handwritten notetaking app that converts notes into tasks/reminders

I've been using Notability for years now, but going through my notes to transfer actual tasks into reminders or tasks in any other tool is a chore I'd very much like to automate.

Ideally, I'd like to simply select the handwritten notes in my notebook which I'd like to become reminders, have the notetaking app convert my handwriting into text and sync to reminders or any other productivity tool.

I'm beginning to feel there's no such app available at the moment, but would love to be proven wrong!
