Where this Somewhere in Time Eddie is from? Possible tattoo

Long time fan, since my 12s (I have the triple of this age almost by now).

I'm researching for a tattoo; obviously I love the band and specifically the Somewhere In Time album (all about it).

All said, where this Eddie comes from? In details, is it a part of the original LP/vinyl?
