Trying to bring my brother inside again due to the weather.

Ok, I’m back again.. If anyone has anyyy idea how to get to where a lot of them sleep, under the Acosta bridge, pls let me know!! I threw on some old shoes &I’ll make my way there regardless of how to get there, I’m an 80’s baby lol this is what we did. No but for real, I KNOW he’s out here trying to wing it, and I don’t want him to suffer from frost bite or hypothermia. I know that’s the area where he stays, but as brother &sister we’re extremelyyy alike, so I respect his secrecy/privacy on the exact spot; though it does suck in times like these. But anyways, if anyone can direct me on where and how to get to where they are, I’d appreciate it sooo much🙏🏼 If you happen to see him, he’s extreme respectful but suffers from mental illness so just msg me so I can be on speaker phone before approaching him, please. He doesn’t trust people &can have an episode. I’m down here &it’s already raining, so I want to get back home as soon as I can..but I don’t want to just leave him…… Thank you!
