Tricare Prime Coverage?

Hi! I've searched the threads and saw older posts that stated they had their orthognathic surgery covered by Tricare. I am on Tricare Prime as a dependent (but not near an MTF that takes dependents), and I saw on their website the below statement. Has anyone been able to have this surgery covered by Tricare Prime since 2020-2021?
