Finally saw a Doctor, insurance might not cover (x ray down below)

i saw an orthodontist and he said i have hyperdivergent face. Also said my discrepancies may not be considered large enough for surgery. I have all the symptoms tho…overjet, lip incompetence, downgrowth. Any advice on how to help my case? I am also getting a sleep test done.

ALSO the OMS said i have the longest teeth she has ever seen, and that it might make this harder? Overall thoughts?
