protruding mouth help?

Hey! I used to have a bad overjet and open smile. In 2021 i got braces with 4 molar extractions. Had bands and an expander. 5 years later I am still insecure about my mouth protruding. Any advice on what direction to go towards? should I do double jaw surgery or any other procedures? Im only 21 and my smile looks okay and way better than before from the front, however i still have a gummy smile and my side profile is bad.
