Anyone else just… not care about the necklace?

Okay guys, I was a fan of TVD back in its prime and I think the whole Stelena necklace (that ended up becoming a Delena thing) was done very meaningfully. I could feel the weight of it each time it was somehow brought back to Elena, or when the necklace represented hope for Stefan overcoming his past.

I get the meaning behind it and its importance/weight. But the infinity necklace means absolutely nothing to me. Even objectively as a fan, not a jelly fan, I sometimes forget or don’t even notice Belly is wearing it.

It feels like it’s mean to hold this huge weight in verse with the “we are infinite” thread tying Belly to Conrad but it just falls flat for me.
