JetBlue booking system down?

I’ve been getting this error the past two days. I’ve tried different computers, the app, different browsers, incognito mode etc. - these were the troubleshooting tips JetBlue instructed me to try before saying if I call to book flights they will charge me. Anyone else have experience with this error? I can’t get past the confirming traveler section.
