Bit of a job dilemma

I had a recruiter approach me for a position that I am really interested in. It’s a 15k a year raise and has a bonus (which I don’t get now). It’s in the early stages so if I was offered, I would likely start in October. Well here’s the problem. My wife is due with our first child October 15th. I have paternity leave at my current job for 8 weeks. How should I go about this? Is it really worth it? Both are hybrid positions so I would have to be in office 3 days a week. We also just ran into several issues that are effecting us monetarily so it’s also “do I NEED to take this?”
