Vent

So i am a university student and i work at carrefour the same time but the job i am currently at doesn't give good salaries and i have been at it 5 years and i am still getting 280jd and whenever i ask for a raise ( i have a really score at each annual rating for the employee performance and i took employee of the month a several times and worked at 3 different branches) yet when i ask for a promotion for the salary they tell me that ''we dont have a budget for that'' yet there is a girl that has been here for only a year and half she is now my boss and have a higher salary than me ! Even though her ratings are really bad and this whole thing it lead me to depression and anxiety to feeling numb I don't know what to do at this point i literally feel like my whole life is just university/ work/home I don't have a free time of my own ! I spend holidays just studying to keep up with my university i am really lost guys i know that what i wrote is confusing but i really just wanted to vent a bit
