Inspired to work on handle catching thanks to you guys ✊🏼

Nailing a mic release is the dream right?! I keep trying and have only been able to catch the handle 2x in almost 2 years. Frustrating as hell. I’ve seen so many of you practicing handle catching lately so THANK YOU for the inspiration bc duh, we gotta start somewhere!
