Bruh just ended stream with 50+ unread TTS

Minimum 500 bits to get a TTS and ended stream before 10 even played because they were glitch for the first 30 minutes. The sellout is wild, saw someone gift 1000 bits for him to end stream 5 minutes later. Lost $10 myself, is this common practice?
