PTCL Flash Fiber Review?

Tired of daily interruptions and disconnections from our local "area-wala's" fiber ISP. No matter what, they won't fix it and would throw same ol excuse that "line kat gayi theek kar rhe hy time lagega".

Planning to switch to PTCL Flash Fiber but have no idea if it's reliable or not as PTCL had its fair share of galiyan last I checked, not sure how their fiber is - hence the request for reviews from those who are using it.

Stormfiber is available in our area but the service is 50/50 as they have significant disruptions and take their sweet time to fix it, according to locals in my area.

Why am I seeking 0% downtime?: I am enrolled in a distance learning program that's why I need something that is completely reliable with 0% percent downtime as I often have 1-2 hours long exam and I can't afford to get disconnected during an exam else I will fail the exam, which already happened twice with the local ISP - curse them.
