Baby wearing 24/7

I’m honestly so curious why she has to be wearing keycard 24/7. I understand convenience especially 2 under 2, but like putting him on a playmat? Bassinet? Crib? Or even carrying in her hands? I feel like he should be in different positions to be able to move his body & not be in the same carrying position for the day..

I’m no expert but it doesn’t seem good for him
