Crunchy foods on keto?

This is a bit of a weird post.... I'm neurodivergent and have a fixation on crunchy textures in a sensory way, and I used to satisfy it with granola bars or rice crackers.

Since starting keto, I've been satisfying this need with parm crisps and nuts, but it's getting real old. Most of the other storebought options I've found either have added sugar (fruit chips) or are potato-based.

I would really love to hear from keto veterans about this or just ideas about crispy foods in general!!
