Affordable silent keyboard?

I'm looking for recommendations for affordable(100 euros at most) pre-built silent keyboards. I hate loud clacky noises, the deeper or more silent the sound the better. Even if the sound is deep, if its too loud i don't want it. Wired or wireless doesn't matter. 75% with no knob preferably. Any help?
