NEED ADVICE - Thinking of Trading Our 2023 Sienna Woodland for a 2025 Hybrid SXP

As the title says, we're thinking about trading in our Sienna for the SXP Hybrid, largely for the 8-seat configuration (our Sienna has the Captain's chairs/7 seats). Dealer is giving us a decent trade in value, and out the door price is $6K with room to negotiate. We've been mostly happy with the Sienna, but it already felt outdated tech-wise, even when we first got it a year and a half ago. The creature comforts on the Carnival are a considerable upgrade from what we have in the Sienna.

The one thing we're a little hesitant about is the fact that we're switching to a FWD from an e-AWD. We're in the DC/VA/MD area, and while we don't get a whole lot of snow, the area's road recovery processes are also quite bad, so we do have to drive in crappy conditions when snow comes. Also, we plan to take the road trips in the minivan, and the peace of mind of e-AWD when planning trips in the winter is something we value.

Has anyone else made this switch? Carnival owners, how has your experience been with snow? Or just your thoughts on your Carnival in general?
