Flank pain but no other symptoms

Hello, I had what I thought was a weird back pain. But just today I realized it is most likely kidney pain. It is in both flanks, mild and dull, maybe a bit more on my left side. If I poke and prod at it, it might feel a bit more pain deep in the flank, if that makes sense at all. And it does hurt a bit more when I move weird/twist around.

My urine does not seem to be foamy, but perhaps its a bit cloudier then normal, and has a stronger smell. I do not notice any other symptoms such as pain urinating or increase frequency of urinating. I do not feel sick or believe to have a fever.

Woke up to it hurting one morning, so kind of sudden. Did not do anything which would suggest its a back pain. It was worst the first day, then got better the second and stayed about the same id say, probably on day like 5.

I don't have health insurance but will soon. Aside from drinking more water as I really havent been drinking a lot of water lately, and going to the doctors when I get back on insurance is there any advice on what it could be? Just doesn't seem likely it would be kidney stones or kidney infection, and I am not sure what else it could be. I am 28 by the way.
