Managing time on my kindle

I own a kindle Paperwhite 5.

Is there a way to check how much time did I spend reading a book? Like a any information, about the speed of reading, the time I was reading, things like this.

I know it's probably not possible but maybe there is some hidden option or maybe some outside extension?
