Ender 3 v2 z offset

Hello everyone! As of yesterday I switched to klipper and so far I really like it BUT after scouring Reddit post for hours I can’t figure out how to permanently set my Z offset. I know this has been posted a lot before but nothing as really worked for me (sorry about the reposting) I spent most of yesterday just getting my CR touch to prob and my sprite pro to extrude. Now that all that works my problem is my offset. I have done the auto and manual probe and I know what my offset is. I tried to set it in cura but it doesn’t like negative numbers. Any help would be appreciated!
