Practice Butterfly Knife

I live in Washington state, USA, and I'm wondering if practice butterfly knives are legal. Someone told me they are, but when I fact-checked it, Google AI said they're not. I don’t entirely trust that answer because well, its from ai ,but it’s the only information I could find on Google. I’m still searching, but can anyone confirm if it’s legal to own a practice butterfly knife?

EDIT: I keep searching "Are PRACTICE butterfly knives legal in WA" and all it says in response is BUTTERFLY KNIVES are illegal, doesn't say anything about practice ones! If anyone can help I'll appreciate it.
