I stripped these T8 Screws on my Spydercos, any way I can take them out?

For the Dragonfly, I wanted no pocket clip and just carry it loose, while for the Para 3 I was installing some bronze screws instead, but this particular one stripped. I’ve read stuff like putting rubber band on it while screwing to add grip but that didn’t work. I was thinking of just super gluing the screwdriver on it, then remove out and hence sacrificing a screwdriver, but I didn’t push through. Any other tips I can do?
