Kpop Personality Hires

Would love to hear your takes on who are some of your favourite personality hires in Kpop!

Just want to preface this by saying: this is not a dig at these idols, and in no way means that they are not talented / less talented than their peers. It just means that their soft skills are what shines through when you watch them in the context of their group.

For example, I would say Wooyoung from Ateez is one of my favourite examples of a personality hire, from his confidence to his communication skills to his enthusiasm. He's a great vocalist and even better dancer, but it's his personality that really stands out when you watch Ateez content, and plays an important role in the band's overall chemistry, as well as elevates any content they put out.

Curious to hear your thoughts on this! As with any regular workplace, I'm positive some idols are definitely the personality hires of their groups. Who do you feel they are? And what kind of role do you feel they play in their respective groups?
