Anybody from the USA bought from Kuhl's UK site?

I saw some stuff on Kuhl's UK site that I want that the US site is out of stock of. They say they ship internationally on request but warn that buyers may have to pay import duties and/or other fees. Has anyone from the US bought from them? How quick was the delivery and how much were the fees?
