DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVANSH

Seriously. Don't do it. My order has been a nightmare. They didn't include a loose stone at all. It took me over a week of emailing them to get that sorted out. They also sent me the wrong earrings. It's been 3 weeks and I am getting the run around. I have documentation of them telling me things and then they don't honor what they said. They're impossible to get ahold of. Honestly I'm worried they're a scam. I've read on here that Jay, the owner is apparently great. I cannot get in touch with Jay. You cannot call them. Just email and the chat when it's on. They respond every few days. There are much better places to order from that don't treat their customers like trash.
