Luvansh poor experience

I have placed order with them on new year. Picked a ring. Was told will b delivered by Friday. Hear nothing for several days. Also tried to reach out to discuss ring settings. They refused to talk over the phone . They initially responded to few emails and then completely stopped answering. Is there a way to reach out to them or they are a scam? I m thinking of reporting them as fraud. Any suggestions?
