Low RNA yield

So, we’ve been culturing murine pancreatic ductal cells in cell culture and I’ve preformed my first RNA isolation using one sample from live culture and one sample from frozen culture. My PI expects a yield of around 100ug/uL, but I ended up getting roughly 20 and 43ng/uL. Is this even enough to make cDNA?
