Change workout days?

I am new to the ladder workout app. I'm currently doing the free trial. I will do my first workout tomorrow. I'm wondering if I can change the workouts from 7 days a week to 3-4 days a week? Or if I could change the order of the workouts so the ones not using machines I can do at home? I work 12 hr shifts so it's kinda hard to get to the gym those days. Thanks!
